The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties values your support and is committed to protecting your privacy.

We maintain a strict customer information privacy policy. We do not sell, exchange or rent your personal information to any organization or individual. We will not divulge personal information to any other organization or individual other than that necessary to fulfill transactions or account for donations or purchases.

The FoodBank does not share your information with telemarketing centers, nor do we use telemarketing ourselves to solicit funds. The FoodBank will only use your phone number if we need to verify information or occasionally to thank you for your contribution, ask for your opinion or invite you to a special event.

What information do we collect and how is it used?

When you make a donation or volunteer, the FoodBank may ask you for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number as well as other relevant information such as hours available to volunteer or tasks you may be interested in performing.

When you visit our website, the Foodbank also collects some non-identifying basic information from server logs, including total number of visitors and pages viewed. We use this information to analyze site usage and to improve the content and design of the site.

The FoodBank may disclose aggregate statistics about donations, volunteers or orders to third parties, which do not include any personally identifying information. Examples of this include total number of donors, total amount of donations for specific periods, average gift size, total number of volunteers or volunteer hours etc.

Unless you ask that your gift remain anonymous, we list

	Individual donors who contribute more than $1,000 annually on our donor wall,
	Corporate donors who contribute more than $2,500 on our donor wall, in our newsletter, in our Annual Report or on our website, depending on level of giving,

We list Tribute donors on our website only if they specifically request this listing.
