Please be sure to accept monetary donations as well.  The FoodBank can use these donations to purchase food in bulk, and get more food per dollar than if purchased at retail supermarkets and grocery stores.

Consider hosting a special food drive to collect one type of needed item, like trimmings during the Thanksgiving season, or Foods for Kids during the summer (like macaroni and cheese and peanut butter and jelly), when children can no longer participate in the School Lunch program.

We encourage you to bring your food donation directly to the FoodBank, since transportation is a significant cost. If you have collected more than two barrels of food, please contact us to request a pick-up.

Businesses, schools, or civic organizations wishing further information about donating food or about conducting a food drive, should contact Lorie Blanco at (732) 918-2600  Ext. 241.
