Ordering - We appreciate 48
hours notice, but feel free to contact us for last minute delivery.
Minimums - The minimum for
breakfast and cold lunches is 10 people. For hot lunches it is 12 people.
Delivery - The fee is $10
within a 10 mile radius of the FoodBank, with a $5 additional charge for
each mile beyond that radius. Please schedule your delivery to arrive at
least 30 minutes prior to the time of your mealtime event.
Other Charges - Paper plates,
cups, napkins and plastic utensils are $1 per person. Disposable chafing
racks and sterno are $5 per rack. Racks may be returned for a $2.50 credit
for each rack which can be used for future events. China, linens and other
items can be made available for rental upon request.
Payment/Billing - Payment is
expected at time of delivery, based upon the terms of your contract. For
charges of $200 or more, there is a 50% deposit required five business days
before the event. We accept business and cashiers checks, Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. Non-profits please fax a ST-5 form in advance of the
event to 732-918-2660, attention Catering Department.
Cancellation Policy - We
accept cancellations on orders at least 24 hours prior to the set delivery
date. We reserve the right to bill 50% on orders cancelled within 24 hours
of the scheduled delivery time and 100% on any rentals procured for the
event.
