Volunteer Garden

Do you have a green thumb? Would you like to learn more about gardening? From spring through fall, the FoodBank welcomes volunteers to help grow and harvest vegetables in our ½ acre garden.

Under the supervision of our farmer, volunteers tend the soil, plant seedlings, weed, water and nourish the beds until the produce is ready to harvest.

The garden-fresh produce and herbs are distributed to families in need in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
